[Pgpool-hackers] pgbench causes pgpool to emit segmentation fault

Oh, sorry for the noise. Since pgbench tries to establish all the connections
before issuing the SQLs, pgbench always gets stuck if num_init_children is
less than the number of connections specified in -c.

Though I'm still not sure why the segmentation fault happens with 9.1dev.
