[Pgpool-hackers] pgpool-II 3.1 release schedule

Hi pgpool-II hackers,

As discussed in Paris, here is the pgpool-II 3.1 release schedule:

Between March 1 and 8: pgpool-II 3.1.0 beta1 release.
April 2: pgpool-II 3.1 official release

Also I would like to release pgpoolAdmin 3.1 on the same day as
pgpool-II.

Here are TODOs for pgpool-II 3.1:

1) Application name fix(Tatsuo)
2) PCP commands as PostgreSQL functions(Toshihiro)
3) Internationalization of pcp command message(Guillaume Lelarge)
4) French translation of doc/ (Guillaume Lelarge)
5) German translation of doc/ (Makus Wanner)

Here are TODOs for pgpoolAdmin 3.1:
1) Add configuration directives that are new in pgpool-II 3.1(?)
   - Write a document how to add configuration directives (Toshihiro)
2) French message update (Guillaume Lelarge)
3) German message addition ((Makus Wanner)
