[Pgpool-hackers] health_check_user is never used in pgpool-II 3.1.0 beta

Hi,
    I've found that in pgpool-II 3.1.0beta, configuration item
health_check_user is not used in any code except the pool_config.c. As
we know, pgpool 3.1.0 use sr_check_user and sr_check_password for
streaming replication use instead of health_check_user, and we used to
use health_check_user do some health check, so dose health_check_user
is obsolete or there's something lost?
