I checked out a fresh copy of pgPool-II from current cvs and tried to
compile :

  * missing file "pool_process_reporting.h"
  * missing file "pcp/pcp_pool_status.c"
  * "pcp.h" and "pool_type.h" are installed, but not "libpcp_ext.h" as
expected

After adding myself both missing files, I was able to compile pgPool-II.

After copying pcp/libpcp_ext.h myself in my destination include dir
(/usr/local/include), I was able to compile pgpool_adm.
