[Pgpool-hackers] default value of insert_lock in pgpool.conf.sample-master-slave

Hi,

In the master-slave mode, we can expect that the value of
SERIAL would be always the same among servers. So the
"INSERT LOCK" feature is not required for the master-slave
mode. So I'd like to change the default value of insert_lock
parameter in pgpool.conf.sample-master-slave file from 'on'
to 'off'. Thought?
