[Pgpool-hackers] The default value of enable_pool_hba

Hi,

Why is the default value of enable_pool_hba still false?
According to the comment in pgpool.conf.sample, it should
be true in the now. No?

> # If true, use pool_hba.conf for client authentication. In pgpool-II
> # 1.1, the default value is false. The default value will be true in
