[Pgpool-hackers] init script for Fedora/Red Hat

Hi,

I wrote an init script (and /etc/sysconfig/pgpool) file for pgpool and
pgpool-II for Fedora / Red Hat. 

They are in already -devel of Fedora, and I'd like to add these to main
tarball.

I did not want to add them to root directory. Any suggestions for the
directory name? I thought of creating samples/redhat. Any objections to
that?
