[Pgpool-hackers] new developer

Hello pgpool hackers,

I'm Yutaka tanida , from SRA OSS , Inc. Japan .

I'll work for pgpool and high-availability and plan to commit "pgpool-ha" subproject , which is combination of pgpool and heartbeat.
