[Pgpool-hackers] Proposed Patch: Log Statements Option

Hello!

This is a proposed patch that adds a "log_statement" option to the 
pgpool configuration.  It works similarly to the PostgreSQL option of 
the same name, but only offers true and false options.  With the patch, 
statement logging remains implicit when pgpool is executed with the 
debug flag (-d), regardless of the value of the log_statement option.

The patch was made against the release tarball of pgpool-3.0.2.
