[Pgpool-general] tons of selects to pg_catalog on master

For various reasons. For examle, if the target table in your SELECT is
a tempory one, it should not be redirected to standbys because
temporary tables never replicated to standbys. To know if the table is
a tempory table or not, pgpool need to access pg_class.
