[Pgpool-general] max_pool and connection_cache off

Hello pgpool users,

Documentation at
http://pgpool.projects.postgresql.org/pgpool-II/doc/pgpool-en.html
describes max_pool as "The maximum number of cached connections in
pgpool-II children processes."

When connection_cache ("Caches connections to backends when set to
true.") is off, isn't max_pool implicitly 1 or even a 0?
