[Pgpool-general] Issue w. PID file and Bind Address

Hi Tatsuo, 

As I remarked earlier, I already changed DNS addresses, changed the Pgpool port
to 9999, as it was incorrectly set to 5432. 

Sill not getting it to work. Any other suggestion you may have?
