[Pgpool-general] pgpool-ha and pg9 Streaming replication issue

Hi Tatsuo,

As discussed on Fosdem, I will give you some more details.

I think it has nothing todo with pgpool-ha, it seems to work perfect.

However when there is no primary detected in the cluster pgpool just does nothing.
Maybe it would be a good idea to promote one of the standby nodes as primary, or maybe add this as an option to allow it.

What do you think?
