[Pgpool-general] pgpoolAdmin does not see new nodes

nodeServerStatus issues pcp_node_info to know the PostgreSQL status.
i.e.

pcp_node_info -d 100 hostname_where_pgpool_is_running_on 9898 foo(pgpoolAdmin login id) bar (pgpoolAdmin password) node id
