[Pgpool-general] pgpool + warm standby presentation

Both servers have trust between.

When i had moved the pgpool to bd1, it works (but i didn't test
the failover yet). I only modified the hostname, the rest of the
pgpool.conf is the same.

I can connect between servers with psql normally.
