[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 3.0 beta3 released

Pgpool Global Development Group is pleased to announce the
availability of pgpool-II 3.0 beta3.

Users are encouraged to take part in our beta test program.

Major enhacements/fixes from beta2 to beta3 are:

- Fix bug with postmaster start check in online recovery. 
  Before it continued infinitely to try to connect to postmaster
  if the first attempt failed(Tatsuo)

- Fix bug with authentication error handling so that pgpool-II
  return error messages of a backend to a client(Kitagawa)

- Fix query cache so that it works properly(Kitagawa)

- Fix kind mismatch error by DEALLOCATE in replication mode or
  parallel mode(Kitagawa)
