[Pgpool-general] Pgpool and DBT2

[Tatsuo Ishii]

pgpool-II forks child processes and you need to attach one of them. If
you can run pgpool-II with num_init_children = 1, that's the easiest
way since you don't need to worry about chosing the right process.
