[Pgpool-general] pcp command timeout arguments

Hi all,

For pgpool-II 3.0, which is expected to be released in August, I would
like to remove timeout argument from all pcp commands. The argument
has not been used since pgpool-II 2.1 and there should be no
techinical problem of itself.

However obviously this would break the backward compatibilty. So there
are several options:

1) Remove the argument and break the backward compatibilty

2) It can be chosen as a compiler option

3) It can be chosen as a runtime option (this new pgpool.conf
   directive)

4) Other
