[Pgpool-general] Problem running the command sh install-functions.sh

PGPool I configure with the following command:
./configure --with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql 
--with-pgsql-includedir=/usr/local/pgsql/include
--with-pgsql-libdir=/usr/local/pgsql/lib
