[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II failed out my database - why?

I checked for but did not find any kernel errors or network errors, or
any core files.

I did upgrade from 2.2.4 to 2.2.5 since the last incident.

Is there anything else I can do now to help debug this issue if it
should come up again, please?
