[Pgpool-general] About pgpool users

I recommend other than root nor postgres. In my case, since I'm using
pgpoolAdmin, I prefer daemon to run pgpool.

health_check_user, you should use PostgreSQL created database user.

BTW, for recovery_user, you need to use PostgreSQL super user,
i.e. postgres in most cases.
