[Pgpool-general] modular pgpool.conf

I also apologize if this is a repeat, but I didn't see it come through
earlier.

Is there a way to include/import external files into pgpool.conf? Better
yet, is there a way to include all the files in a particular directory,
say /etc/pgpool.nodes.d/* with a single file per node? Including host
definitions from external files would make it easier to programmatically
add and remove nodes from the cluster.
