[Pgpool-general] panic: index siblings mismatch

Hi,

You need to disable only while online recovery. Afterward you can turn
it on.
Hint: you do not need to restart PostgreSQL. Edit postgresql.conf and
pg_ctl reload is enough to turn on/off autovacumm.
