[Pgpool-general] Location of pgpool.pid

I do not recommend /tmp. It might be trashed by nightly cron job. The
reason why /tmp is defaulted is just everyone has the directory which
pgpool can write into.

I recommend to create another directory to put pgpool.pid, for
example, /var/log/pgpool.
