[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 2.2 RC1 released

While performing some queries today it seems that CREATE INDEX  
CONCURRENTLY is also been placed inside a transaction

CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY  ath_idx ON insta (ath);
ERROR:  CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY cannot run inside a transaction block
