[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 2.2.3 released

Pgpool Gobal Development Group is pleased to announce the availability
of pgpool-II 2.2.3, the latest stable version of pgpool-II 2.2 series.

This version fixes various bugs in 2.2.2 or before. Probably most
visible change is, a canceled query caused by statement timeout does
not produce "kind mismatch" error any more.  As usual, many important
bug fixes have been done in this release.  See ChangeLog for more
details.
