[Pgpool-general] Building pgpool-II with MinGW

Hi, I want to build pgpool-II on windows using MinGW. Configure file has 
running no error, I running configure as below:

$./configure --prefix=/c/temp/pgpool-II-2.2/ --with-pgsql-includedir=/c/Local
/bin/pgsql-8.4beta1/include/server/port/win32

After configuring, I running make, and got the error as:

$ make
