[Pgpool-general] When and how to remove WAL archive?

Hello!

I've

archive_mode = on
archive_command = 'cp "%p" /home/server/postgresql/wal-archive/"%f"'

in my postgresql.conf to allow PITR.

The problem now is that the /home partition runs full quite quickly.

Now my question is, how and when would you remove the wal archive files?

In general it would be enough if only the WALs after doing a checkpoint
would be written and not regulary.

Thanks for any hints,

Nico
