[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II web page

pgpool developers,

I have updated the pgpool web page
(http://pgpool.projects.postgresql.org/) so that it now points to
pgpool-II docs. The docs actually are identical to the ones coming
with the pgpool-II source.

Old page was for pgpool-I and was too out dated, which mislead people
to obsoleted information. I also do not want to recommend new users to
start to use pgpool-I since it should be eventualy replaced by
pgpool-II.

The old page contents are in
http://pgpool.projects.postgresql.org/pgpool-I but is linked by
anywhere.
