[Pgpool-general] pgPool not starting - Debian package

There is no syslog entry. The Debian package does not install completely
(although all files are installed) because /etc/init.d/pgpool does not
start well. dpkg reports the package as broken. But if i start pgpool by
hand, it works very well.

Any idea?
