[Pgpool-general] replication_mode=true but 'show_pool_status' reports replic

I already have this setting in my pgpool.conf file. When I perform a
'show_pool_status' on pgpool it says replication_enabled=0. There is no
debug explaining why replication mode did not start; even though I told it
to replicate.
