[Pgpool-general] pgpool vs pgpool-II

Considering the packaging of pgpool-II, the binaries, the man pages, and the 
configuration file are all named the same, so it seems that it is not 
foreseen that both are installed at the same time.  Is that intentional.  
Does pgpool-II include all functionality of pgpool-I or is it planned to do 
so?
