Hi,

After several hours running our application on two db servers with pgpool-II 2.0.1 under degenerated
mode (2nd db server down), there is no more connections available. With 'ps' command (see below),
I found that there is no more pgpool child processes available. However, I'm not sure why there are
so many child processes in 'defunct' mode ? Any idea how does this happen and how to prevent it ?

Thanks,
Gary
