[Pgpool-general] best location for pgpool in a 2 machine arrangement

Fair enough. I thought maybe the persistent database connection thing might 
negate the database differences somewhat (threads vs processes) and expose 
the benefits of domain sockets vs networks. I'll run the tests when my 
hardware arrives.
