[Pgpool-general] pgpool 2.7 released

Hi,

pgpool 2.7 was released.

This version adds new directive called child_max_connections to limit
the number of connection times from frontend, which will be usefull
for very busy servers where child_life_time and connection_life_time
are useless since there's no idle time. This functionality was
contributed by Pomarede Nicolas with minor changes by Tatsuo Ishii.

Another new directive is ignore_leading_white_space which will be
usefull for certain clients such as DBI/DBD:Pg which is known to add
leading spaces, breaking the load balancing in pgpool.

Several bug fixes are included as usual.
