[Pgpool-general] Issues with health checking in 2.5

I think I have fixed some of issues you pointed out.

o handle signal interrupt while doing connect() in health checking
o child life time checking performes only after actually it connects
  to backend
o make logging print atomic
o pgpool -m i stop works even if pgpool stop has already issued
