| Summary | 0000073: external cache invalidation mechanism | ||||
| Description | It would be useful to have an external mechanism to force cache invalidation. A basic one could be only of signalling pgpool (unix signal) or by enabling the switch --clear with the reload configuration. Example: $ kill -s signal 12345 or $ pgpool --clear reload or $ pgpool clear-cache A more sophisticated one can have a regex to identify pattern of cache to be evicted. But this probably needs to be specified as a proper command (pcp?). | ||||
