Summary0000609: server closed the connection unexpectedly
DescriptionWhen Application tries to insert data into a new DB created (Schema DB), the operation fails with error:
server closed the connection unexpectedly
    This probably means the server terminated abnormally
    before or while processing the request.
The connection to the server was lost. Attempting reset: Succeeded.
Steps To ReproduceWe have created a DN with multiple Schemas ; around 80 schemas inside a single DB.

Insert operation on any schema fails with the above mentioned error.

It seems your problem is related to this. Pgpool-II 3.5.3 is very old (released 4 years ago) and there have been multiple fixes related to SIGUSR1 (= signal 10) since then. I am not sure which of which is related to the problem but I suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of Pgpool-II 3.5 series. Currently it's 3.5.24.
