Hi pengbo, after reviewing the pgpool.conf configuration I agree with you regarding the PCP_PORT port, however when I run the pcp_recovery_node process I get the following error: [postgres@corp-vp091 pgpool-II-12]$ pcp_recovery_node -h corp-vp091.empresas.security.cl -p 9898 -U pgpool -n 0 Password: ERROR: executing recovery, execute CHECKPOINT failed [postgres@corp-vp091 pgpool-II-12]$ [postgres@corp-vp091 pgpool-II-12]$ [postgres@corp-vp091 pgpool-II-12]$ cat pgpool.conf | grep pcp_port pcp_port = 9898 [postgres@corp-vp091 pgpool-II-12]$ |

The script specified in "recovery_1st_stage_command" in used to run online recovery. Your "recovery_1st_stage_command" may not be specified correctly.
