[pgpool-hackers: 1400] pgpool-II 3.6 development

Pgpool-II hackers and users,

We plan to release next version of pgpool-II, that is 3.6, by the end
of October 2016. Currently we are discussing which new
features/enhancements should be in 3.6. Please start discussion for
your favorite features.

Below is the short summary of new features/enhancements for 3.6 (not
completed yet of course).  Currently most of them are not decided to
implement yet.
