<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi<br></div><div><br></div><div>We are using pgpool-II 3.3.3 with 4 nodes of Postgres 9.3.</div><div>At some point today 2 of the 4 nodes had errors and pgpool did a successful failover. </div><div>When the 3rd node had errors pgpool also reported a successful failover but clients could not create connections. For a few hours the pgpool log contained such messages:</div><div><br></div><div>2014-09-23 03:03:15 ERROR: pid 13408: pool_read_kind: kind does not match between master(0) slot[0] (52)</div><div><br></div><div>And at the same time the last db node had those messages:</div><div><br></div><div>db_here 2014-09-23 03:15:47 PDT [22250][user_here]: [1-1] LOG:  could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer</div><div><br></div><div>Any idea what can cause this behavior?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Yaron</div>
