Hello,

As I started to work on non-supported parameters in pgpoolAdmin, I think
the best move to start was...to remove one of them :)

PFA a patch to remove the deprecated "backend_socket_dir" parameter.

BTW, do you have any tips about how/where I could find the list of new
parameters ?
